Rise Above: Overcoming the Marshall Fire
In December 2021, my hometown of Louisville, Colorado was hit by the devastating Marshall Fire. My family lost our home and everything we owned.
Losing a home is a defining challenge, but it reinforced a truth I learned on the football field: you cannot control the wind, but you can always adjust your stance.
The recovery process, rebuilding our lives alongside my parents Laura and Dave, shaped a relentless, forward-looking attitude. I don't get rattled by sudden business shifts or difficult market dynamics. I focus on solutions, rally the team, and build forward.
